RETURN POLICY:
You can return any unworn, unwashed, unskated, or defective merchandise by mail (unless stated in the product description when purchased). Returns made within 30 days of order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Specific items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

4. Select return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit Request".
If you return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned you'll receive a refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?
Allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for processing. Once processed we will email you with it's progress. If you requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on the returning order if within the USA.
Please allow 5-7 days from the time you receive your Return confirmation for funds to be returned to your account.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please call us at (760) 918-0405 ext.111 and we will help you exchange or return your item.

If you purchased the deck on dgk.com or in a retail store that carries DGK, please download & fill out the Return & Exchange form and send the product back to us with the receipt from your purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM IF IM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Fill in the Return & Exchange form and place it in the package with your returned items. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed and affix the return address label. All return shipping fees cannot be returned.
